Libya and Western media manipulation

It is by now obvious that the monstrous illegal and murderous NATO attack against the people of Libya and their guide is failing and that this evil military organisation is getting increasingly desperate. The 150 terrorist strikes per day every day bear witness to this. The increasing lies and brainwashing propaganda by western media backs this up.

When SKY News accompanied the US troops on their illegal romp into Iraq - this was before the blatant acts of mass murder, mass rape, mass kidnapping, illegal detention, torture, sodomy, urinating in food and so on were discovered (thank God this rabble is not allowed in Libya under Resolutions 1970 and 1973) - its correspondent crawled up to a group of GIs and asked in a sickeningly grovelling voice: "Hey you guys! Are you looking for some revenge for 9/11?"

It was a stupid question, which received a stupid answer: "Yeah!" and that, ladies and gentlemen, was enough to confirm the utterly false impression that the gullible and unthinking western public had been fooled so easily into believing - that Saddam Hussein had perpetrated 9/11 or was in some way linked to it. Supposedly intelligent people reiterated this "statement of fact" without batting an eyelid time and time again.

No thought of how Saddam Hussein and Osama bin Laden were at opposite ends of opposing ideologies, no thought of the fact they hated each other. And this afternoon, Thursday June 16, 2011, right on cue and also on SKY News, in one and the same statement, the reference to "Colonel Gaddafi and the Taleban" being buoyed by the mention of Prince Harry rushing off to war in an Apache helicopter.

It was a very clever piece of sublime information yet for those with an iota of instruction, an affirmation of either sheer and total crass stupidity, or else unadulterated pure white-hot evil. The common link is that Apache helicopters are being deployed in Libya (because spreading "Freedom and Democracy" from 30.000 feet is committing a tad too many murders) and also in Afghanistan.

There is another common link between Libya and the Taleban - the enemies of Colonel Gaddafi, led by an Abdel-Hakim al-Hasidi and the Taleban/Al_Qaeda worked together. This Hasidi gentleman, who NATO supports so vehemently, has himself admitted he belonged to Al-Qaeda, recruited the Benghazi terrorists (well-known in Libya as being Islamist fanatics) to fight against Britain and the USA in Afghanistan and also recruited record numbers of suicide bombers from Benghazi to use against British and American forces in Iraq. That is the common link.

No mention of the fact that Colonel Gaddafi was the first international leader to issue an arrest warrant against Osama bin Laden, no mention of the fact that Colonel Gaddafi was the first international leader to issue a writ against Al-Qaeda, no mention of the fact that the Taleban and Colonel Gaddafi are like oil and water, hate each other and no mention of the fact that while the West was gallivanting with Islamist criminals, Colonel Gaddafi had already pronounced himself against them.

The sheer idiocy of today's SKY statement underlines how powerful the western media machine is. It is none other than a factory of lies, a bulwark of total bullshit, a monster of manipulation which churns out swayed public opinion like a sausage factory. It also underlines the collective stupidity of the fools who believe what their TV, radio and newspapers shove down their throats, a daily dose of massified ignorance hastily and eagerly swallowed and digested. It is the massification of stupidity and they fall for it hook, line and sinker without so much as even questioning the bilge they are being fed.

Like geese being fattened with funnels shoved down their throats by the cynical and cruel producers of foie gras, the gullible western public guzzle their daily dose of chicken-shit down with ever-increasing ease, like battery hens fed on their own excrement and yes I do hope they are reading this while looking at a juicy blood-red steak on a plate, because this is the same colour splattered by NATO around the walls of Libyan hospitals, shops, schools, universities, museums and private homes, the same colour washed from the walls of the home of Muammar Gaddafi's son, Saif Al-Arab al-Qathafi, where three of Colonel Gaddafi's grandchildren were slaughtered by a NATO pilot enforcing a no-fly zone to protect civilians, sorry, armed terrorists.

So, if the western media is intent on telling lies, someone has to tell the truth. I appeal to the intelligence inside these easy-to-dupe western minds and request just three minutes of their time as they curl up giggling helplessly to the sound of farts and belches on The Simpsons.

Firstly, I would urge you to take a look at the photos in this article. Now, a simple question: Are these the photos of innocent civilians being slaughtered or are they armed Islamist terrorists running amok committing acts of terrorism, aided and abetted by Washington and its poodles in Europe? Why is your Government siding with terrorists and interfering in an armed insurrection in a sovereign nation, against international law?

Secondly, please consider why Colonel Gaddafi was about to be awarded with a humanitarian prize by the United Nations Organization, this year, just when mayhem broke out in his country with marauding gangs of terrorists (see the photos) going around beheading black Libyans in the streets, attacking Government property, torching buildings, raping young girls and impaling a small boy with a metal rod.

Thirdly, has anyone bothered telling you why he was going to receive this prize? Have you considered the UNO does not just say "Hey! See that guy over there? Let's give him a prize!!" And have you seen the reasons why he was to receive the prize? It was for his excellent human rights record taking into account gender rights, the protection of women, religious minorities, his inclusion programmes, respect for the law and his speaking out against the murder of homosexuals because they are gay, against the stoning of women by Islamist courts and against the dress code imposed upon women by fundamentalists.

Fourthly, has your media told you about Muammar Al-Qathafi's work in Africa and his tremendous energy behind the African Union? His cultural programmes? His scientific programmes? His education programmes? His telecommunications projects? His Green programme? His respect for the ecology, the Mr. Green of Africa?

Have they told you he is behind the Pan-African e-learning programme enabling all Africans to learn for free while your governments were shooting them, holding them down and denying them access to education, keeping them ignorant while they stole their resources? Have they told you about his telemedicine programme, bringing medical treatment to all Africans everywhere, even in the desert? Have they told you about his financing of African satellites, while your countries were holding the poorest continent on earth to ransom, saddled with a 500 million dollar a year charge to use your satellites?

Fifthly, just think for a second. If he is such a dictator as your media insinuate, how come only a small minority of his country is against him, and these in the endemically separatist Benghazi? What dictator educates people for free? What dictator walks around his capital city being greeted with love and enthusiasm? These images they do not show you do they?

Sixthly, how do you feel about your countries bombing children? Would you like your children or grandchildren to be bombed? How would you feel? You would complain if a terrorist blasted the faces and limbs off your family wouldn't you? What would you say if someone murdered three two-year-old kids in their own home? Well, that is what your countries have done. Don't tell me they didn't tell you.

Seventhly, have you stopped to question why the "air strikes against civilians" referred to by your countries were wholly refuted by evidence from Russian satellites, which proved there was no such thing? Have you stopped to question why when the West said Libyan Air Force pilots had bombed civilian buildings in Tripoli, a visit to the sites showed it was a tissue of lies?

Eighthly, and finally, how do you feel about your governments spending 300 million pounds (483.7 million USD) to date, each, on this illegal act of slaughter, these war crimes?

Sorry to have interrupted your dinners. Get back to The Simpsons (BELCH) oh and the nine o'clock news follows. I bet you they won't mention Hasidi, what? Maybe if you ask your Congressman or MP exactly what he/she thinks your Government is doing? Or are you happy to sit back in your callous ignorance as innocent civilians are being slaughtered by your Governments which is supporting Islamist terrorists?

Issa: DOJ Covering Up on Mexican Gun-Running Scandal

(CNSNews.com) - House Oversight and Government Reform Chairman Darrell Issa (R.-Calif.) told CNSNews.com in an interview that he believes the Justice Department is covering up information relevant to a congressional investigation of an operation in which the department knowingly allowed intermediaries of Mexican drug cartels to purchase guns at licensed firearms dealers in the United States and then get away without being arrested or the guns being retrieved.

Last December, two of those guns ended up at the scene of the murder of a U.S. Border Patrol agent who was killed by alleged agents of the Mexican drug cartels.

Issa pointed to two things he says indicates a Justice Department cover up. First, he cites a letter that Assistant Attorney General Ronald Weich, head of the Justice Department’s office of legislative affairs, sent to Sen. Charles Grassley (R-Iowa), the ranking member of the Senate Judiciary Committee on Feb. 4, 2011. Issa characterizes that letter as a “lie.”

Secondly, Issa says the Justice Department made excessive and unjustifiable redactions in documents it provided to his committee.

Additionally, Issa says he does not believe Attorney General Eric Holder testified accurately in the Judiciary Committee on May 3, when he told Issa (who also serves on that committee) that he had only learned of the gun-running operation—called “Operation Fast and Furious"--a few weeks before that.

In this operation, conducted by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms, the government knowingly allowed about 2,000 guns, including AK 47s, to be purchased by people in Arizona who the ATF believed were operating as intermediaries for Mexican drug cartels. The intent of the investigation was not to stop the gun purchases, or to take the guns away from the buyers after they had purchased them, but to let guns go to the cartels so the U.S. could trace and uncover the entirety of major gun-smuggling organizations.

The operation began in 2009 and ended in early 2011 with the indictment of 20 individuals on relatively minor charges for illegal gun purchases.

Before the operation was ended, however, Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry was murdered by alleged drug cartel operatives in Arizona. Among the 20 individuals indicted as result of Operation Fast and Furious was Jaime Avila. As early as November 2009, federal authorities had had evidence of illegal gun purchases by Avila. Two AK-47s purchased by Avila—with the full knowledge of the ATF in the conduct of Operation Fast and Furious--were found at the scene of Agent Terry’s murder.

Agent Terry’s murder prompted ATF agents--who had warned their superiors of the risk of the Fast and Furious operation--to come forward as whistleblowers. That led to a congressional probe, led by Issa in the House and Sen. Charles Grassley (R.-Iowa), the ranking member of the Judiciary Committee, in the Senate.

CNSNews.com asked Issa if he would say that the Justice Department has been covering up in the face of the congressional probe. “Yes I would,” said Issa, pointing to the DOJ letter to Sen. Grassley and the excess redaction of documents.

“There are two kinds of cover ups,” he said. “There is one in which you lie to people in order to mislead them. That letter represents that type of coverup. There’s also the one in which you delay and deny in an attempt to simply not have the facts come out. Clearly they’ve done that with Sen. Grassley, first, and then with our committee, because some of the things that they redacted, we have the unredacted versions from whistleblowers. We believe they did excess redacting, which again is denying us that which would be reasonable to deliver us. We’re hoping that that’s changed. We hope that what was said yesterday, there is in fact a change in the administration’s view in order to not be embarrassed.”

In his Feb. 4, 2011 letter to Sen. Grassley, Assistant Attorney General Ronald Weich, had denied that the Justice Department knowingly “sanctioned” the sale of  guns to people they believed were going to deliver them to Mexican drug cartels.

“At the outset, the allegation described in your January 27 letter--that ATF ‘sanctioned’ or otherwise knowingly allowed the sale of assault weapons to a straw purchaser who then transported them to Mexico--is false,” Weich wrote. “ATF makes every effort to interdict weapons that have been purchased illegally and prevent their transportation to Mexico.”

At a hearing in Issa’s Oversight Committee on Wednesday, two ATF agents gave sworn testimony directly contradicting Weich’s letter.

“This is not a matter of some weapons that had gotten away from us or allowing a few to walk so that we could follow them to a much larger, more significant target,” ATF Special Agent John Dodson told the committee. “Allowing loads of weapons that we knew to be destined for criminals was the plan, this was the mandate.”

According to Issa, Justice Department documents secured by his committee also contradicted Weich’s letter.

At Wednesday’s hearing, Issa had a tense exchange with Weich about the truthfulness of the letter.

“You made a statement in that letter that you signed on the 4th that said: ‘ATF makes every effort to interdict weapons that have been purchased illegally and prevent their transportation to Mexico,” said Issa. “Who prepared that line in your letter? .. You signed it, who prepared it? Was it you?

“These letters are the product of the Justice Department,” said Issa.

“So your signature on that letter doesn't mean that you know it to be true, is that correct?” asked Issa.

“I take ultimate responsibility,” said Weich.

“OK. Isn't that statement false now with what you know?” asked Issa.

“Obviously there have been allegations that call into serious question that particular sentence,” said Issa.

“Weren't there documents that now have been provided and made public that let you know that that statement was false?” asked Issa.

“And that's why you're investigating and that's why we're investigating,” said Weich.

“I just take your agreement that those documents indicate that that statement that you signed that someone prepared for your signature were false,” said Issa.

“Congressman, I am not prepared to say that at this time,” said Weich. “Everything that we say is true to the best of our knowledge at the time we say it. As more facts come out, obviously our understanding of the situation is enhanced.”

Issa says the Justice Department letter was a lie.

“We were aggravated because that letter was a lie and he [Weich] wasn’t willing to admit it was a lie,” Issa told CNSNews.com. “Instead he said, as facts come out, as we learn more. No. That letter was written to say something. You don’t affirm something without fact check. They clearly did not fact check. Or they did fact check and told us something that they thought cleverly might not be a lie when in fact it was.”

Issa was frustrated that he could not get an answer from Weich about who provided the information that went into the letter.

“We said very accurately--the letter we received from Ronald Weich--who put the inaccurate statements in? What research was done?” said Issa. “Because it is effectively lying to Congress to send a letter that should be researched and thoughtful, signed by a high ranking appointee. It’s important that it should be accurate, and it wasn’t.”

On May 3, Issa questioned Attorney General Holder about Operation Fast and Furious when Holder appeared in the Judiciary Committee, asking Holder for the date on which he became aware of the operation. Holder said “probably” sometime in the last few weeks. Issa now says he believes Holder knew about the operation earlier than that.

“When did you first know about the program officially, I believe, called Fast and Furious? To the best of your knowledge, what date?” Issa asked Holder in the Judiciary Committee.

“I’m not sure of the exact date, but I probably heard about Fast and Furious for the first time over the last few weeks,” said Holder.

In that same Judiciary Committee hearing, Holder also told Issa he did not know who authorized the operation.

“We believe he [Holder] was aware of it much earlier than he said in his testimony and questioning before the Judiciary Committee,” Issa said. Issa later added, “Are we confident that Eric Holder knew it much earlier? Did he know it earlier than he testified? Absolutely.”

Issa told CNSNews.com Thursday, “The president knew about it before Eric Holder, according to Eric Holder.”

On Friday, White House Press Secretary Jay Carney said that President Barack Obama did not know about or authorize the operation.

“As the president has already said, he did not know about or authorize this operation,” said Carney, “but the Department of Justice has said repeatedly that fighting criminal activity along the southwest border including the illegal trafficking of guns to Mexico has been and is a priority of this department.”

Issa says he does not think the president personally knew about the operation.

“I take the president completely at his word there; that this isn’t something that would ordinarily rise directly to the president,” Issa said. “Was it briefed to people in the White House? I’m sure it was. Did he know about it personally? Probably not. Now that he said it should be looked into, the clock has been ticking a long time and nothing has happened as far as their releasing any findings.”

The Justice Department’s Inspector General is investigating the matter.

Republican staffers for the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee and the the Senate Judiciary Committee issued a report this week that said the operation was “known and authorized at the highest levels of the Justice Department."

FEMA, FCC Announce Nationwide Test Of The Emergency Alert System

Similar to local Emergency Alert System Tests, this Test is Scheduled to Take Place on November 9, 2011

WASHINGTON, D.C. -- The U.S. Department of Homeland Security's Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) and the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) will conduct the first nationwide test of the Emergency Alert System (EAS). The nationwide test will occur on Wednesday, November 9 at 2 p.m. eastern standard time and may last up to three and a half minutes.

The EAS is a national alert and warning system established to enable the President of the United States to address the American public during emergencies.  NOAA's National Weather Service, governors and state and local emergency authorities also use parts of the system to issue more localized emergency alerts. 

Similar to local EAS tests that are already conducted frequently, the nationwide test will involve broadcast radio and television stations, cable television, satellite radio and television services and wireline video service providers across all states and the territories of Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands and American Samoa.

On November 9, the public will hear a message indicating that "This is a test." The audio message will be the same for both radio and television. Under the FCC's rules, radio and television broadcasters, cable operators, satellite digital audio radio service providers, direct broadcast satellite service providers and wireline video service providers are required to receive and transmit presidential EAS messages to the public. A national test will help the federal partners and EAS participants determine the reliability of the system and its effectiveness in notifying the public of emergencies and potential dangers nationally and regionally.

"A national test of our Emergency Alert System, with the vital communications support and involvement of participants, is a step towards ensuring that the alert and warning community is prepared to deliver critical information that can help save lives and protect property," said Damon Penn, FEMA's Assistant Administrator of National Continuity Programs. "Because there has never been an activation of the Emergency Alert System on a national level, FEMA views this test as an excellent opportunity to assess the readiness and effectiveness of the current system.  It is important to remember that this is not a pass or fail test, but a chance to establish a baseline for making incremental improvements to the Emergency Alert System with ongoing and future testing.  It is also important to remember that the Emergency Alert System is one of many tools in our communications toolbox, and we will continue to work on additional channels that can be a lifeline of information for people during an emergency."

"The upcoming national test is critical to ensuring that the EAS works as designed," said Jamie Barnett, Chief of the FCC's Public Safety and Homeland Security Bureau.  "As recent disasters here at home and in Japan have reminded us, a reliable and effective emergency alert and warning system is key to ensuring the public's safety during times of emergency.  We look forward to working with FEMA in preparation for this important test."

Over the past two years and as part of ongoing national preparedness planning efforts, FEMA, the FCC and other federal partners, state, local, tribal and territorial governments, Emergency Alert System participants and other stakeholders have been working toward making this test a reality.

Obama Not Subject to Charges of Treason?

Treason is generally defined as “betrayal of country: a violation of the allegiance owed by somebody to his or her own country, e.g. by aiding an enemy.”  High treason is defined as “treason perpetrated by somebody against his or her own country.”  Another apt definition of treason is “any attempt to overthrow the government or impair the well being of a state to which one owes allegiance; the crime of giving aid or comfort to the enemies of one’s government.”  It is my contention that Barack Hussein Obama has perpetrated all of these.  It is also my assertion that our current Congress and an increasingly leftist court system have allowed—and are continuing to allow—Obama to perpetrate such treachery upon the United States of America and its citizens. 

Obama begins immediate attacks against USA and We-the-People

Prior to his announced campaign for President of the United States, Barack Hussein Obama was never vetted as to his eligibility to run for the office.  Almost immediately after Barack Hussein Obama’s 2008 election to the most powerful position in the USA and, arguably the world, one of his first—if not the first—Executive fiats issued was that all of his prior records (school transcripts, passport information, his birth certificate etc) were to be sealed and summarily hidden from the American people and the world.  Since that time, Obama has produced multiple “birth certificates” that have each been proven to be fraudulent, including the ostensible long-form birth certificate released 27 April 2011.

Almost immediately thereafter and within the first week of his ostensible presidency, Obama issued Executive Orders to fund foreign countries abortions, donate at least $20Millions to terrorist Hamas (under the guise of “Palestinian relief”) and began testing his ability to censor and/or end the First Amendment by order via another Executive Order to ban showing or posting the video of his retaking the Oath of Office.  Along with myriad other mysteries, one has to ponder why this was a great concern to Obama.

Shortly thereafter, Obama issued another Executive Order that brought the Census bureau under his sole jurisdiction and control.  This strongly appears to have been affected by Obama, in order that he—alone—would have the ability to control and skew any and all census results that did not meet with his approval.  After he gained (many say “usurped”) the Office of the US Presidency, Obama—almost instantly—began attempts to unravel the US Constitution’s First Amendment.  These attempts ranged from banning and refusing to speak with reporters who asked him tough questions to actually locking them in closets!  With no one stopping him the Obama syndicate becomes increasingly bolder and more criminal every day.

Obama’s Dictatorship begins expanding (almost) exponentially

When he discovered—even after the 2010 mid-term elections—that no one from the Establishment Republican side of the House of Representatives would stop him, Obama stepped up his game to establish the USA’s first official dictatorship.  Side note:  Even the new Speaker of the House—Rep. John Boehner—apparently desires and prefers golfing with Mr. Obama to actually saving the country from the ongoing tyrannical takeover being perpetrated by Obama and his minions.  Despite a letter questioning Obama’s authority to wage war against Libya, recently sent to Obama by Boehner, Boehner and the other Republicans-in-name-only continue to embolden Obama toward expanding his growing dictatorship.

Obama has purposefully and with apparently growing malice against the USA and its people caused the US economy to be destroyed, has worked to end jobs for Americans and laughs at us—on video—on an almost daily basis.  The latest slap from Obama—which includes his statement laughing at our expense—is his comment on jobs projects that he had said were supposed to be “Shovel-ready”:  “Shovel-ready was not as shovel-ready as we expected.” 

In April of this year, Obama mocked a man who had asked him about the extremely high gasoline prices and laughed at him while he said laughing:  “I know some o’ these big guys, there still drivin’ [sic] their big SUVs. You know, they got their big monster trucks and everything. You’re one of ‘em? [points to man in audience]. Well now, here’s my point. You know, if you’re complaining about the price of gas, and you’re only getting’ [sic] 8 miles a gallon [laughs at man, pauses for audience to laugh at man, mocks the man with facial expression]... You know [laughs] you might have a big family, but it’s probably not THAT big [laughs, audience laughs]... So - how many you have, 10 kids you say? 10 kids? [mocking facial expression again, encouraging people to laugh at the man] Well… you definitely need a hybrid van then… Like I said, if you’re getting’ [sic] 8 miles a gallon you might wanna [sic] think about a trade-in.” 

Yet, Obama continues to spend money overseas to our enemies—our money—and give money to his Unions, while partying at the White House as if there’s no tomorrow and spending $$Billions on his and his family’s increasingly frequent and extravagant vacations.  And now with the lack of any real opposition from either Congress or the growing Socialist/Communist court system, Obama is being given full sway to do whatever her pleases to attack and decimate both We-the-People and our country—and he IS doing it.  No wonder he laughs at and derides us at every opportunity!

Obama gives an indication of our dire future (if he is not removed)

Obama and his (now misnamed) Department of Justice chief Eric Holder have filed suit against Arizona and other States (now to include Georgia) who had the audacity to fight the annihilation of their States due to the US government’s refusal to enforce laws against illegal invasion.  And he has encouraged other countries (Mexico and other Latin American countries) to do the same.  Obama is now siding firmly with foreign countries against the United States of America.  This is called High-treason.  These actions on the part of the US government constitute no less than its attempt to bring down the country, throw out Federalism and end the US Constitution’s protections for both the States and the citizens of our country and establish a dictatorship.  There is no other viable or logical conclusion. 

The latest atrocity committed against We-the-People is Obama’s response to Boehner’s letter regarding Obama’s now illegal war in Libya in which Boehner cites the US Constitution’s Article 1, Section 8:  “The Congress shall have Power…. To declare War, grant Letters of Marque and Reprisal, and make Rules concerning Captures on Land and Water; To raise and support Armies, but no Appropriation of Money to that Use shall be for a longer Term than two Years; To provide and maintain a Navy; To make Rules for the Government and Regulation of the land and naval Forces; To provide for calling forth the Militia to execute the Laws of the Union, suppress Insurrections and repel Invasions…”  Obama’s response is that the United Nations now trumps or replaces the US Constitution.  Obama wrote:  “U.S. forces are playing a constrained and supporting role in a multinational coalition, whose operations are both legitimated by and limited to the terms of a United Nations Security Council Resolution that authorizes the use of force solely to protect civilians and civilian populated areas under attack or threat of attack and to enforce a no-fly zone and an arms embargo.”  Obama has now “officially” done away with the US Constitution and made the USA subservient to the United Nations.

Virtually—or literally—every day, Barack Hussein Obama is committing at least one if not multiple treasons and high-treasons against the United States of America.  And STILL he is allowed to do so with nary a scolding…or a whimper.  Nothing is ever done to stop him.  Isn’t it time for us to do so?  Isn’t it?  Who or what group might be willing to organize a few massive marches on D.C. and especially Congress to stop this insanity and destruction of our country, our lives and all that we have built?  Otherwise, there seems to be no other solution except explosions of violent civil unrest.  Even dyed-in-the-wool Democrat James Carville said:  “You know, look—this is a humanitarian—you know, you’re smart enough to see this. People, you know, if it continues, we’re going to start to see civil unrest in this country. I hate to say that, but I think it’s imminently possible.”

UK banks abandon eurozone over Greek default fears

UK banks have pulled billions of pounds of funding from the eurozone as fears grow about the impact of a “Lehman-style” event connected to a Greek default.

Senior sources have revealed that leading banks, including Barclays and Standard Chartered, have radically reduced the amount of unsecured lending they are prepared to make available to eurozone banks, raising the prospect of a new credit crunch for the European banking system.

Standard Chartered is understood to have withdrawn tens of billions of pounds from the eurozone inter-bank lending market in recent months and cut its overall exposure by two-thirds in the past few weeks as it has become increasingly worried about the finances of other European banks.

Barclays has also cut its exposure in recent months as senior managers have become increasingly concerned about developments among banks with large exposures to the troubled European countries Greece, Ireland, Spain, Italy and Portugal.

In its interim management statement, published in April, Barclays reported a wholesale exposure to Spain of £6.4bn, compared with £7.2bn last June, while its exposure to Italy has fallen by more than £100m.

One source said it was “inevitable” that British banks would look to minimise their potential losses in the event the eurozone crisis were to get worse. “Everyone wants to ensure that they are not badly affected by the crisis,” said one bank executive.

Moves by stronger banks to cut back their lending to weaker banks is reminiscent of the build-up to the financial crisis in 2008, when the refusal of banks to lend to one another led to a

seizing-up of the markets that eventually led to the collapse of several major banks and taxpayer bail-outs of many more.

While the funding position of UK banks is far stronger now than it was back in 2008, the banking systems of several other major European countries, including Spain, Germany and Italy, are showing increasing signs of weakness.

Analysts at UBS have warned that eurozone banks are “particularly exposed” having not done enough since the crisis to cut their reliance on the wholesale funding markets and remain acutely sensitive to the withdrawal of liquidity from the inter-bank market.

Simon Adamson, a banks analyst at CreditSights, said it was clear many eurozone banks had been having trouble funding themselves for several months.

“Clearly there are some banks that are finding it difficult to access markets. I think this is a long term sign of the way the markets are going,” he said.

Spanish banks have become the main focus of market concerns with the latest European Central Bank (ECB) figures showing that Spanish banks have been forced to increase their use of ECB lending facilities and borrowed a total of €58bn (£51bn) in May, up from €44bn in April.

“We have been amazed at the ability of Spanish banks to find ways to fund themselves, but it is clear they are running out of options,” said one senior analyst at a major investment bank.

FLASH BACK: Top US Federal Judge Assassinated After Threat To Obama Agenda

A Foreign Intelligence Service (SVR) report circulating in the Kremlin today states that the top US Federal Judge for the State of Arizona was assassinated barely 72-hours after he made a critical ruling against the Obama administrations plan to begin the confiscation of their citizen’s private retirement and banking accounts in order to stave off their nations imminent economic collapse, and after having the US Marshals protecting himremoved.

According to this SVR report, Federal Judge John McCarthy Rollwas the Chief Judge for the United States District Court for the District of Arizona who this past Friday issued what is called a “preliminary ruling” in a case titled “United States of America v. $333,520.00 in United States Currency et al” [Case Number: 4:2010cv00703 Filed: November 30, 2010] wherein he stated he was preparing to rule against Obama’s power to seize American citizens money without clear and convincing evidence of a crime being committed.

The case being ruled on by Judge Roll, this report continues, was about bulk cash smuggling into or out of the United States that the Obama administration claimed was their right to seize under what are called Presidential Executive Orders, instead of using existing laws. The Obama administration used as support for their claim before Judge Roll, the SVR says, the seizing of all American citizens’ gold, in 1933, by President Franklin D. Roosevelt’s signing of Executive Order 6102, which was ruled at the time to be constitutional.

Should the Obama administration win their argument to seize their citizen’s money by Executive Order without having to abide by the law was made more chilling this past week when reports emerged from the US stating that President Obama and his regime allies were, indeed, preparing to rule America by decree since their loss this past November of their control over the US House of Representatives, and in the words of the Washington Posts columnist Charles Krauthammer: “For an Obama bureaucrat … the will of the Congress is a mere speed bump”.

Since taking office in early 2009, Obama has completely overturned the once free United States through his use of Executive Orders that asserts his power to put anyone he wants in prison without charges or trial forever and his right to assassinate any American citizen he deems a threat.

The most chilling of these powers Obama has asserted for himself, however, are contained in Executive Order 13528 he signed nearly a year ago (January 10, 2010) creating a Council of Governors he has hand-picked to rule over the United States in place of its elected representatives when their next “disaster” strikes and orders them to begin “synchronization and integration of State and Federal military activities in the United States; and other matters of mutual interest pertaining to National Guard, homeland defense, and civil support activities”.

Going from the chilling to the outright scary, about whatever “disaster” the American regime is preparing their people for, is Obama’s Homeland Security Department, through their Ready.Gov organization, beginning to air this past week a public service television commercial titled “World Upside Down” that shows a typical family sitting in their home suddenly losing all of its gravity and warning all who watch it to begin preparing.

Interesting to note about the assassination of Judge Roll is that it is being blamed on a “lone gunman” said to be mentally unstable (aren’t they all) said directed at a US Congresswoman named Gabrielle Giffords, who survived this mass killing, and that killed at least 5 other innocent people, including a 9-year-old girl named Christina Taylor Green “curiously” born on September 11, 2001 (9/11).

Equally interesting to note about the assassin, a 22-year-old man named Jared Loughner, is that he is being described by the propaganda media organs in the US as an “anti-government” type individual who prior to this mass killing is said to have left “crazed rantings” on the Internet, but whose “handler”, described as a white male between 40-50 years old with dark hair, is still being sought after.

The circumstances surrounding Judge Roll’s assassination by Loughner, also, mirror those of Farouk Abdulmutallab (aka The Underwear Bomber) who “used cash to buy a one-way ticket to the United States at the last minute while carrying no luggage and being on a terrorist watch list. Incredibly, his father had communicated to the US Embassy in Nigeria in November that Abdulmutallab had been radicalized and may be planning a terrorist attack.

At least one witness—passenger Kurt Haskell—claimed that a well-dressed Indian man had escorted Abdulmutallab to the ticket counter and told a ticket agent that Abdulmutallab didn’t have a passport but needed to get on the plane.”

To if this Loughner is able to join the long list of CIA/US Military “mind controlled” assassins there appears to be no doubt as his actions, past, present and future, shows his fitting the “profile” of these maniacs as detailed in the massive lawsuit currently wending its way through the US Federal Court system [United States District Court Northern District Of California, San Francisco Division Case: CV-09-0037] filed against the US government by hundreds of veterans, and as we can read as reported by the Raw Story news service:

“It’s well known that the CIA began testing substances like LSD on soldiers beginning in the 1950s but less is known about allegations that the agency implanted electrodes in subjects. A 2009 lawsuit claimed that the CIA intended to design and test septal electrodes that would enable them to control human behavior. The lawsuit said that because the government never disclosed the risks, the subjects were not able to give informed consent.”

To if the American people will ever be told the truth about Loughner and his assassination of Judge Roll there seems little doubt as the Obama regime is fighting with everything it has to keep the information on these “mind controlled” assassins secret, and as we can read as reported by the Courthouse News service:

“The Central Intelligence Agency in January (2011) will argue for dismissal of Vietnam veterans’ claims that the CIA must provide them with information about the health effects of chemicals used on them during Cold War-era human experiments. The CIA also claims it is not obligated to provide the veterans with medical care for side effects of the drugs. It’s the CIA’s third attempt to get the case dismissed.

“In a 2009 federal lawsuit, Vietnam Veterans of America claimed that the Army and CIA had used at least 7,800 soldiers as guinea pigs in “Project Paperclip.” They were given at least 250 and as many as 400 types of drugs, among them sarin, one of the most deadly drugs known to man, amphetamines, barbiturates, mustard gas, phosgene gas and LSD.

Among the project’s goals were to control human behavior, develop drugs that would cause confusion, promote weakness or temporarily cause loss of hearing or vision, create a drug to induce hypnosis and identify drugs that could enhance a person’s ability to withstand torture.

The veterans say that some of the soldiers died, and others suffered grand mal seizures, epileptic seizures and paranoia. The veterans say the CIA promised in the 1970s to compensate those who were made guinea pigs, but the 2009 complaint states that the government “never made a sincere effort to locate the survivors.”

In its 32-page motion to dismiss the group’s third amended complaint, the CIA claims it has no legal obligation under the Administrative Procedures Act to provide the veterans with notice of the drugs’ health effects and that the veterans’ notice claim “rests solely on state common-law duty.”

The CIA claims that the law on which the veterans base their claim for health care compensation stems from the Department of Defense and Army regulations, “which do not purport to have a binding affect on the CIA.” And it claims that the Defense Department “never intended nor committed to providing medical care for service member participants in the test programs.”

Based upon the CIA’s assertion that the US Defense Department “never intended nor committed to providing medical care for service member participants in the test programs” clearly shows their knowing of the existence of these “mind control” assassins, like Loughner, leading one to wonder how many more of them are out there, and even worse, when they will strike next.

One can only hope that there is some “power” in America today able to stop the madness currently taking over that once great nation before all is truly lost, we hope it is much sooner than later for all of the worlds sake.
